- Brother or sisters
- Spouse
- Fiance
- A child – unmarried at any age
- Spouse
- You may file one I-130 petition for each relative you intend to immigrate, including the children of immigrating relatives. You may sponsor as many relatives as you wish, as long as you can meet the I-864 financial requirements to do so.
